Pega 7.2 release further improves your UX

Pega 7.2 release further improves your UX

Last February Pegasystems released version 7.2 of their case management platform for CRM. Pega continues its customer-centric focus and provides several UX improvements among other things. Right-to-left languages are supported by the new UI. Pega 7.2 also introduces a dashboard proximity widget which lets you open cases that are closest to your current location. Under the hood, the Pega mobile app now supports caching large reference data sets to better assist your task force on the road. The Skin rule now allows for any number of nested inheritances to reduce the size and load time of CSS resources. Looking forward to these new features and improvements!
